We regularly run various activities and sessions (typically every week) and these include …

  • arts and craft … being creative with everyday objects, paints and materials

  • breath workshops … learn about and practice the power of breathing!

  • reflective sessions … exploration of different topics within a group … loosely facilitated and always interesting and fun
